By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.


1. About DigiExports

DigiExports is based in India and specializes in the sourcing, packaging, and global export of Indian products such as spices, pulses, grains, oilseeds, dehydrated items, tea, herbs, and more. We offer customized private labeling, B2B supply chain solutions, and export services to buyers around the world.


2. Products and Availability

All product listings, descriptions, and specifications on our website are subject to availability and change without prior notice. We strive to keep our catalog updated, but we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at our sole discretion.


3. Order Process

Upon receiving a business inquiry, we will share a detailed quotation that includes:

  • Product specifications and quality grades

  • Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

  • Unit pricing in INR/USD (or as agreed)

  • Packaging details and labeling options

  • Estimated lead time and delivery schedules

  • Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.)

A formal Purchase Order (PO) is required to initiate the order and processing.


4. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • Prices are quoted in INR or USD and are valid as per the quotation timeline.

  • Payment terms are defined in the proforma invoice or sales contract.

  • Payments must be made in full as per the agreed terms.

  • All associated banking fees, taxes, or transaction charges are to be borne by the buyer.


5. Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping terms will be defined individually per order (e.g., FOB India Port, CIF Destination Port). While we strive for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Port congestion or customs delays

  • Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political instability)

  • Carrier issues or global shipping disruptions

Buyers will receive tracking and shipment documentation as applicable.


6. Customs Clearance and Import Duties

  • Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the products they import comply with local import regulations and documentation.

  • All applicable customs duties, tariffs, and taxes at the destination country are to be paid by the buyer.


7. Returns and Claims

Due to the nature of international B2B trade, returns are not accepted, except in the case of:

  • Damaged goods in transit

  • Products not matching the agreed quality or specifications

Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the shipment, along with photographic evidence and supporting documents.


8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including text, images, product data, and branding—is the intellectual property of DigiExports, unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.


9. Limitation of Liability
